BBQ Roast Beef
An unplanned power outage lasting 5 hours last weekend meant my roast beef dinner with potatoes and garden asparagus turned into a barbecue affair...
...with terrific results. Next time I do a prime rib, I'm heading back to the barbecue!

Yea I think last weekend we got a rather long outage as well, I thought it was just out line. P.s. keep an eye on that swarm box I saw lots of bees scouting it today!
