My friend June and her daughter Gracie stayed here the other week and sent me this lovely bouquet of flowers as a thank you gift.
Almost two weeks later some of the flowers are still pretty and I rearranged them (in my Beth Mueller vase). The Asian lilies still smell fragrant.

Nothing like lovely flowers in spring!
And they look remarkably unscathed .. guess they are not too appealing to the kitty kats... they are very pretty.
I just read a poster at my vets that was explaining how lilies are extremely toxic to cats, even their pollen is enough to shut down their kidneys, so please be very careful!
